City Of Manteca recently issued the following announcement.
The San Joaquin Council of Governments is seeking your input to determine if there are any reasonable to meet UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS in the County. Unmet Transit Needs that are identified as reasonable to meet must be funded before the Transportation Development Act funds can be used for non-transit purposes. The public is invited to comment on any unmet transit need at a public hearing during our next regularly scheduled virtual SJCOG Board of Directors Meeting via ZOOM on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020, at 4:00 PM.
A second public hearing will take place during our next regularly scheduled virtual Social Services Transportation Advisory Committee Meeting via ZOOM on Monday, January 4th, 2021, at 3:00 PM.
