Rep. Josh Harder, representing California's 9th District in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates and public service announcements through a series of tweets. Harder, who began his Congressional service in 2019 after succeeding Jeff Denham, has utilized social media to communicate vital information to his constituents.

On April 7, 2025, Rep. Josh Harder cautioned against scams, urging constituents to "BE AWARE OF SCAMS!!! Reach out to my office if you have problems with the IRS." This message aims to protect citizens from fraudulent activities related to tax services.

In a tweet posted on April 8, 2025, Harder reminded students about the "LAST CALL: There’s still time to apply for the Congressional Art Competition! All high school students are invited to apply. The 1st place winner will have their artwork displayed in the US Capitol!" This serves as an invitation for young artists to showcase their talent on a national stage.

On April 9, 2025, Harder celebrated the academic achievements of local schools by announcing that "6 schools right here in San Joaquin County just made California’s Distinguished Schools list — Monticello, Bethany, Cordes, Hansen, Vinewood, and Weston Elementary. Huge congrats to the students and teachers making this happen!" This accolade acknowledges the educational excellence in his district.
