City of Lodi recently issued the following announcement.
All members of the public may address Council on any item listed on the agenda, as well as addressing Council on non-agenda items.
Each speaker will be asked to complete a Request to Speak card for submittal to the City Clerk and will state his/her name at the podium before speaking. Unless otherwise notified, speakers will be limited to five minutes.
Written material submitted to the City Clerk’s Office by 4 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting will be provided to Council as a Blue Sheet item for consideration.
Anyone requiring an agenda in an alternative format or to request a disability-related modification or accommodation in order to participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk’s Office at (209) 333-6702 as soon as possible and at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
