On March 23, 2025, Harder participated in a volunteer activity with Meals on Wheels in Lodi. Reflecting on this experience, he stated: "Josh on the Job, this time in Lodi! Joined Meals on Wheels to deliver hot, fresh food to Lodi seniors. Was a full circle moment for me, my mom and I volunteered with Meals on Wheels back when I was a kid."
