On December 3, 2024, Rep. Harder expressed concern over utility costs, stating "PG&E bills are out of control. No family should have to choose between keeping the lights on and putting presents under the tree."
The following day, December 4, 2024, he extended appreciation to his team by tweeting "Thank you to our amazing interns in DC and Stockton for your dedication to serving the people of San Joaquin County!"
On December 5, 2024, Rep. Harder announced an upcoming community event with enthusiasm: "The Lodi Parade of Lights is tomorrow night! Over 80 floats and plenty of holiday cheer. Starts at 6:15 PM downtown—get there early for a good spot!"
