On Friday, April 17, at 5 p.m., Johnna Schroeder, a former Lodi High School standout, helped her current team, the Wichita State Shockers, to a 10-3 victory over the Charlotte 49ers in NCAA Division I softball.

Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium served as the venue for the contest, marking the teams’ first meeting of the season.

Schroeder posted two hits in three at-bats, scored two runs and drew two walks.

The Shockers are set to play the 49ers again at Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium on Saturday, April 18.
