The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Gerald Mark McNerney, McNerney for Congress, refunded $100 to Dana S. Seccombe on Sept. 20, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

McNerney for Congress has refunded $350 total since April 1.
