Census Bureau: More women than men in Manteca city in 2019

Of the 79,129 people living in Manteca city in 2019, 51.1 percent (40,466) were women and 48.9 percent (38,663) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Joaquin Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 24,638-to-23,543. In the 65 and over age range, there were 5,827 females and 4,392 males.
