Census Bureau: More women than men in San Joaquin County in 2019

Of the 742,603 people living in San Joaquin County in 2019, 50.2 percent (372,451) were women and 49.8 percent (370,152) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Joaquin Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 225,070-to-221,751. In the 65 and over age range, there were 52,006 females and 41,075 males.
