Census Bureau: More women than men in Santa Clarita city in 2019

Of the 213,411 people living in Santa Clarita city in 2019, 50.1 percent (106,864) were women and 49.9 percent (106,547) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Joaquin Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 67,162-to-66,108. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14,452 females and 10,623 males.
