Rep. Josh Harder, who represents California’s 9th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on his social media account between September 22 and September 24, 2025.
On September 22, Harder acknowledged Hispanic Heritage Month with a brief message: “Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!!!”
The following day, on September 23, he drew attention to concerns about federal benefits for seniors by posting: “Social Security at risk!”
On September 24, Harder invited constituents to an event focused on military academies: “Are you or a family member interested in attending a military academy? I’ll be hosting a military academy information night to help you learn more about the process.”
Josh Harder has served as the representative for California’s 9th District since replacing Jeff Denham in 2019. He was born in Turlock, California in 1986 and currently resides in Tracy. Harder is an alumnus of Stanford University and Harvard University.
