We’re incredibly proud of our Sikh communities and we’re honored to have one of their members lead Congress in prayer. Alongside our local fire departments and emergency response teams, we announced a new bipartisan bill to help keep our families and firefighters safe.”

He cautioned against losing focus on critical issues by stating “Don’t get distracted – the House just passed a bill that would rip health care away from 42,000 people in our community. THIS is the fight that matters.”
