Rep. Josh Harder, who has represented California’s 9th district in the U.S. Congress since 2019, posted a series of messages on social media addressing family caregiving, health care costs, and government corruption.

On November 19, 2025, Harder marked National Family Caregivers Month by sharing his personal experience: “It’s National Family Caregivers Month. Like so many parents, Pam and I know what it’s like to care for our kids while helping our parents too.”

The following day, November 20, he commented on rising expenses in the healthcare sector with a brief statement: “Health care costs are insane!”

Later that same day, Harder made another post calling for action against unethical practices: “BAN THE CORRUPTION.”

Josh Harder has been an active member of Congress since defeating Jeff Denham in 2019 and currently serves constituents from California’s Central Valley region. Born in Turlock in 1986 and now residing in Tracy, Harder holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Harvard University.
