On Saturday, March 22, former Bear Creek High School standout Nathen Morris’ current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.
The game took place at Durham Field. This was their third matchup against the Cavaliers this season.
The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 5 p.m. at Durham Field against Concord Mountain Lions.
