On September 12, 2025, Harder wrote about his engagement with education advocates: “Met with our local early education advocates this week to talk about protecting our kids’ futures. Harder has represented California’s 9th district since 2019 after succeeding Jeff Denham in Congress. He was born in Turlock in 1986 and currently resides in Tracy. Harder’s academic background includes degrees from Stanford University and Harvard University.
