U.S. Congressman Josh Harder, who represents California’s 9th district, posted a series of updates on social media between August 3 and August 5, 2025, highlighting his recent activities in Stockton and the Central Valley.

On August 3, Harder expressed support for local law enforcement by posting: “Honored to stand with Stockton’s finest as we celebrate the officers who go above and beyond to keep our families safe.”

The following day, on August 4, he voiced frustration with government inefficiency, stating: “This is unacceptable, we deserve a government that makes our lives easier!”

On August 5, Harder shared details about his participation in community events across the region: “Quick bite to eat at El Grullito in Stockton, then heading over to celebrate National Night Out events across the Valley tonight!”

Josh Harder has served in Congress since 2019 after replacing Jeff Denham. He was born in Turlock, California in 1986 and currently resides in Tracy. Harder graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in 2008 and later earned an additional degree from Harvard University in 2014.
